Every register your office keeps, in one place
Most fleets run on a diary for trips, a spreadsheet for diesel, and WhatsApp for everything else. TransportOS replaces that with connected modules: a trip links its vehicle, driver and party, and its freight, fuel and expenses all land in the same profit and loss report.

Built for Indian road freight
Not a foreign fleet tool with rupee symbols pasted on — the records match how transport offices here actually run.
Lorry receipts and dispatch dockets
Authorising a trip issues its LR number. The LR, the pre-dispatch and lashing checklist, and a combined dispatch docket print straight from the trip.
Documents before they expire
RC, fitness, permits, insurance, PUC, road tax and driving licences are marked expired or expiring, inside a warning window you set — 30 days unless you change it.
Diesel, tolls and bata in the P&L
Every fuel fill, toll, driver bata, loading charge and repair is tied to a trip or a vehicle, so profit per vehicle already has them taken out.
Know who owes, and for how long
Outstanding by party, bucketed into not due, 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days past due, so overdue freight bills stop hiding inside a healthy revenue number.
Rupees to the paisa
Amounts are kept in whole paise, payments record cash, UPI, NEFT, RTGS or cheque, and your company and parties keep their GSTIN on file.
One owner, many hands
Invite office staff by mobile number. Staff add and update records; only the owner deletes them, manages the team or changes company settings.
How it works
Add your fleet and parties
Vehicles, drivers and regular customers go in once, with GSTIN, credit limits and credit days.
Book trips as they happen
Each trip carries its route, cargo, vehicle, driver and freight; fuel and expenses are logged against it by whoever is closest to it.
Bill, collect and read the numbers
Invoices pick up freight from their trips, payments settle invoices, and reports turn it all into profit per vehicle and per party.
Questions transport owners ask
What is TransportOS?
TransportOS is web-based transport management software for road freight businesses in India. It records trips and lorry receipts, vehicles, drivers, parties, fuel, maintenance, inspections, compliance documents, invoices, payments and expenses, and turns them into a dashboard, profit and loss reports and monthly trends.
Who is TransportOS for?
Transport companies, fleet owners and truck operators in India who keep trips in a diary, diesel in a spreadsheet and everything else on WhatsApp, and want those registers connected in one system shared by the owner and office staff.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TransportOS runs in a web browser at transportos.trei.dev/app. There is no app to download.
How do I sign in?
With an Indian mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. The first person to sign in becomes the owner of a new organisation.
Can my office staff use it too?
Yes. The owner invites staff by mobile number, and an invite is valid for 7 days. Staff can add and edit records; only the owner can delete records, remove members or change company settings.
Does TransportOS track trucks by GPS or connect to FASTag, the e-way bill portal or Tally?
No. TransportOS has no GPS or telematics tracking, no FASTag, Vahan or e-way bill portal connection, no GST e-invoicing and no Tally or other accounting sync. Trip status, fuel fills and inspections are entered by your team, and an e-way bill number can be typed onto a trip for reference.
Can I print lorry receipts and export reports?
Yes. An authorised trip has a printable lorry receipt (LR), a pre-dispatch and lashing checklist and a combined dispatch docket, and the board pack is a printable A4 management report of profit and loss and monthly trends. All of them save as PDF from the browser's print dialog, and reports and trends also export to CSV.
Is each company's data kept separate?
Yes. Every record belongs to one organisation, and every request is checked against the signed-in user's organisation, so one company cannot see another company's trips, parties or accounts.
How do I contact the TransportOS team?
